This 3 mm thick birch plywood is ideally suited for laser cutting or fret sawing. Thanks to the fine finish on both sides, it is ready for immediate use, without any additional sanding or preparation.
The surface is made of high-grade birch veneer of B/BB quality. This ensures a clean end result, whether you are making a precise cut or applying a fine engraving. There is no film, coating or mesh present – which prevents unwanted melting marks or smoke generation during laser cutting.
The core is made up of solid birch layers, which not only makes the plywood stable and strong, but also ensures consistent laser quality across the entire panel. The bonding is interior quality (E0/E1), low-emission and therefore safe to use in indoor spaces, studios or workshops.
Please note: Plywood is a natural product and may warp slightly with fluctuations in temperature or humidity. We therefore advise storing boards flat and dry.
